dr richWelcome to Animal Dynamics, Inc. Focused on improving communication, systems and practices in veterinary hospitals. No matter where you are right now, there is no ceiling to the level of performance you can attain.

Most client dissatisfaction is about the communication with the veterinarian or staff, rather than the actual medical care. In many cases, the breakdown in communication leads the client to suspect or allege negligence on the part of the doctor. Taking the time to evaluate and improve communication skills will improve clinical accuracy, client satisfaction, patient care and employee retention.

Dr Richard Bennett (formerly Spickard) brings over twenty years experience in small animal practice, emergency practice, animal chiropractic care and business management to help practices achieve a continuous upward spiral of self improvement. He holds a Certification in Veterinary Family Practice and is on the Board of Directors of  the Association of Veterinary Family Practice. (www.avfp.org)

Dr Bennett has testified as an Expert Witness, establishing the Minimum Standards of Practice working with the California Veterinary Medical Board. He is a mentor in the Doctoring Program at the Veterinary College at the University of California, Davis.  He has authored numerous articles on veterinary practice and communication.
